Yellowcom Ltd are one of Ireland and Scotland's most successful independent Communications Companies. A specialist provider of Telecoms Installation, Maintenance and support to the Telecoms Channel. We operate Locally, Nationally and internationally and have a large Client base which continues to grow. We offer a full and comprehensive Telecoms Consultancy, installation and maintenance service, and In line with ongoing business success and customer service level agreements and commitments, we now seek to grow our provisioning team.

We haves offices in Glasgow, Belfast & Dublin with this position based at our Glasgow office in Bailieston.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and maintaining engineers Diaries for set ups, site surveys and installs

Ordering analogue lines, SIP lines, broadband connections and dealing with various number of porting scenarios

Managing ongoing orders via Dynamics 365 CRM system

Contribute & drive continuous improvement of current processes and procedures

Stock management, tracking & ordering

Ensure the highest quality of service is always provided through calls & emails

We are looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:

Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers at all levels

Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work

An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience

Energetic and positive outlook is a must

Problem solving

Preferable but not essential that you have experience with billing platforms, hosted phone systems LG iPECS/Horizon & Gamma/DWS connectivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
