Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing projects from initiation through to completion. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in time management and is adept at using project management tools. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Duties

Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are addressed. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of tasks. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, presenting updates and reports as necessary. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Engage in project meetings preparing progress reports to share with clients Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
