Job Title: Project Manager - Healthcare

Reports to: Head of Project Management and Solution Design

The project manager will lead the team in designing and implementing complex supply chain management solutions for our clients and manage site wide projects for the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Solution Design: process of developing solutions that meet client requirements in order to acquire them

• Request the team to the Manager of each role
• Single-point of contact for internal tasks
• Set up the meeting routines
• Represent the UK in front of the client
• Administration and control of entire process
• Financial Calculation of the solution

Project Management: process of supporting existing clients with developing their solutions or implementing new ones

• Support on Investment Approvals
• Support on Monthly budget controlling
• Manage the status
• Sign-off project: scope, timeline, team (incl. Roles & Responsibilities) and budget
• Manage reporting (incl. escalations when needed)
• Decisions made (email or meeting minutes)
• Change Requests

The candidate will ideally have 7+ years work experience within the healthcare logistics industry and PMP, CSM, PM, SCRUM, PMI, HQ, RAC, CDMO, PRINCE2, CST qualifications.
