About Us:
GRAHAM Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on our Ministry of Defence Framework in Helensburgh. This role is essential for overseeing the planning and coordination of Construction activities, ensuring projects are set up for success from the outset.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and implement pre-construction strategies and plans.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Assist in the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiations.
Provide leadership and guidance to the pre-construction team.
Facilitate communication between pre-construction and construction teams.
Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
Conduct site visits and assessments as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Must live within a 45-minute drive to Helensburgh Site.
Must be willing to undergo full Security Clearance process.
No option for remote working; presence on-site is mandatory.

Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word/Excel.
