Project Manager

who's as passionate about people and pints as we are.

The Role

You'll be the go-to person driving the success of our venues - managing the managers, keeping operations on point, and making sure our brand continues to grow with style and purpose. From overseeing day-to-day details to launching exciting new bars, you'll be at the heart of it all.

What You'll Be Doing

Support and oversee our venue managers across Hartlepool and the wider area - making sure everything runs smoothly, every shift. Spot new opportunities, help launch new locations, and drive our expansion with energy and vision. Plan and execute fresh campaigns, events, promotions, and social media content that get people talking (and visiting!). Mentor and develop your team of managers, making sure they've got the tools and motivation to thrive. Set and track budgets, targets, and performance metrics to keep us growing strong and profitably. Work closely with our brewery team to sync supply and demand, promote new beers, and support events or tap takeovers. Make sure every bar has the same top-notch service, energy, and look that customers love us for. From revamps to product launches, you'll lead the charge on commercial projects and keep things moving forward.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in hospitality management (multi-site experience would be ideal) Confident managing people, projects, and promotions Energetic, creative, and not afraid to get stuck in Strong communication and leadership skills Experience with marketing (digital, events, partnerships) Passion for craft beer, bar culture, and creating great customer experiences Happy to travel between sites in the Hartlepool area and beyond

Salary:

45,000 - 55,000/annum, based on experience
