Requirements and skills:
Minimum 5+ years of project/programme management experience.
Strong background in
hospitality operations
, preferably withinhotels, F&B, or customer experience delivery
.Proven ability to take early-stage transformation ideas through to funded programmes.
Familiarity with
Hospitality/Hotel technology ecosystem
, including platforms like PMS, POS, Digital/Commercial and mobile/web guest interfaces.Exceptional communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, IT, and finance.
Strong leadership in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience in working with cross-functional UK and international teams.
Job Type: Contract
