Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced

Project Manager - HV M&E

to lead the delivery of a major infrastructure project as part of

National Grid's Great Grid Partnership (GGP)

.



This role will oversee the construction of a new Grid Supply Point (substation) at

Bryncir

, as well as substation extensions at

Pentir

and

Trawsfynydd

, in North Wales. The project is currently in the ECI phase, with mobilisation and site access scheduled for July 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the project from a safety-first, culturally positive, and behaviourally strong standpoint Set standards and lead by example across the project team Prepare and implement Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) throughout project delivery Manage HV M&E activities through all project phases Coordinate with key stakeholders, including National Grid, to ensure compliance and successful outcomes

About You:

Significant HV M&E project experience is essential Experience delivering substation construction/extension projects Knowledge of or experience working with National Grid is highly desirable Proven leadership skills and ability to drive high standards on complex infrastructure projects
