Job Description

At Clario, our Project Managers are at the heart of clinical trial delivery. In this role, you'll lead the planning, execution, and closeout of eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) studies, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You'll collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our clients. What You'll Be DoingLead all phases of study management: planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout Translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams Develop and maintain study documentation and reports Oversee equipment distribution and data archiving Monitor timelines and manage study budgets, including forecasting and invoice reconciliation Identify and escalate risks with mitigation strategies Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders Resolve customer issues using structured problem-solving approaches Represent Project Management in operational readiness for new product initiatives Support client meetings and sales efforts as needed Train and mentor new Project Management team members

What We Look ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related industry Proven expertise in clinical trial operations and eCOA solutions Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English
