Project Manager – Joinery Manufacture & Installation

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of supply-only and installation projects for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities




Oversee and coordinate the implementation of manufactured joinery products for retail, commercial, and residential environments.
Collaborate closely with clients' project teams to schedule installations and ensure expectations are met effectively.
Supervise and manage on-site installation teams (on site and remotely) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Attend client and site meetings as required to provide updates and address concerns.
Prepare detailed method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with health and and safety latest requirements.
Work closely with designers and clients to define detailed project briefs and objectives.
Manage client queries and secure necessary approvals.
Lead project delivery in coordination with estimating, design and production teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure timely procurement and delivery.
Control project costs, ensuring all variations are documented, costed and approved by the client.
Deliver high-quality joinery projects, resolving snags to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Project Manager in the joinery fit-out sector is essential.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges in live working environments.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage installation teams and build strong working relationships.
Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations within the construction industry.
Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus but not essential.
