Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract/Project Manager specializing in joinery, located in Newton Aycliffe. The selected candidate will oversee joinery projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing logistics, monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, and liaising with clients to ensure their specifications are met. The Contract/Project Manager will also work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion

Experience in CAD to produce work instructions and maintain communication standards to ensure compliance with project specifications

Proficiency in Logistics Management to efficiently coordinate materials, deliveries, and timelines

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients

Knowledge of joinery and construction processes

use of CRM systems

Prior experience with high-end or bespoke projects is advantageous.
