The Role:
As a Project Manager at Elements Kitchens, you'll take charge of each kitchen project once it's been sold and signed off--overseeing the entire process through to completion and customer satisfaction. This includes managing logistics, timelines, installers, and ensuring all specifications are met to the highest standards.
Manage Project Timelines:
Oversee scheduling and ensure each project runs smoothly and finishes on time.
Coordinate Installations:
Work closely with our installation team to ensure top-quality workmanship and technical accuracy.
Handle Logistics & Orders:
Manage the ordering and delivery of cabinetry, appliances, and worktops, ensuring everything is ready on schedule.
Customer Communication:
Maintain regular contact with clients, providing updates and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Quality Control:
Ensure installations are completed to spec, with minimal or no remedial work required.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a confident, organised professional with experience in the kitchen industry or construction trades. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, solution-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
Experienced:
Minimum 3 years in project management (kitchen industry experience preferred).
Technically Skilled:
Familiar with bespoke kitchen specifications and related construction work.
Detail-Oriented:
Able to manage complex projects with precision and foresight.
Strong Communicator:
Comfortable speaking with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Mobile & Flexible:
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to cover our London and Surrey based projects, as well as reliably commute to our showroom in Reading.
