We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of large-scale capital equipment projects within the field of steam and hot water generating systems. This is a pivotal role where you'll lead projects from order intake through to successful commissioning and final handover.
Working at the heart of our established Projects Team, you'll partner with experts across design, manufacturing, site installation, and commissioning, ensuring that complex engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities -
Take full project ownership, driving engineering projects from inception to completion.
Define and manage project scope with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Lead risk management processes, creating robust mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery.
Oversee progress against key milestones, proactively managing change and order variations.
Act as the central point of communication for all stakeholders, from clients and statutory bodies to internal engineering, production, and commissioning teams.
Report on performance and project progress to the Leadership Team, ensuring transparency and accountability at every stage.
Champion collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet technical, commercial, and operational goals.

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared goals.
Excellent communication skills - confident engaging at every level.

The Package -
Competitive salary - tailored to experience and expertise
37 Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:15-17:00, Friday 8:15-14:00 (45-minute daily break)
