Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage resources effectively, and utilise project management tools to facilitate successful project execution.

Duties



Oversee projects from initial concept through to commissioning, closeout and handover. Coordinate and lead internal and external project kick-off meetings. Act as the primary client contact, ensuring all needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare project profit forecasts and establish resourcing plans. Create and manage comprehensive project plans. Facilitate design reviews alongside the engineering team.oManage budget baselines, approvals and any changes. Conduct all required project meetings, including kick-offs, progress updates, design and constructability reviews, as well as HAZID & HAZOP assessments. Track and manage man-hour allocations, schedules and work scopes.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Project Management, Business or Engineering qualification. Familiarity with project management frameworks like Prince2 and Agile is desirable, and holding a PMP certification is a plus. IT literate and competent with MS Office suite with specific focus on Project, Teams and a command of Excel for financial tracking and analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and problem-solving. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
