Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent time management and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to analyse data and gather requirements effectively. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate collaboration.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Develop project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and resource requirements. Utilise tools such as Visio for project mapping and documentation. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals. Communicate project status updates clearly and effectively to all relevant parties. Collaborate with product management teams to align project outcomes with product vision. Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings and presentations to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management or a related field. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly. Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
