We are seeking an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our growing team in the
lift and elevator industry covering the Southeast Region
. You will be responsible for managing lift installation, modernisation, and refurbishment projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with industry knowledge to play a key role in delivering technically complex projects while working closely with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage lift projects from contract award through to final handover
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project programmes, costs, and resources
Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure all works comply with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
Coordinate site surveys, procurement, installations, and commissioning
Manage subcontractors and engineers to ensure efficient site delivery
Identify and manage project risks, variations, and change control
Produce regular progress reports and attend site and client meetings
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Project Manager (within the lift/elevator industry preferred)
Strong understanding of lift installations, modernisations, or refurbishments
Knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation and industry standards
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
Competent with project planning and reporting tools
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Desirable
Technical background in lifts or vertical transportation
Experience working on commercial, residential, or public sector projects
Relevant project management or engineering qualifications
