Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned, results-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate technology initiatives from conception to completion. The ideal candidate is an organized, strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of IT and infrastructure projects across departments. The technical delivery will comprise installation of hardware (instrumentation and drivers), network infrastructure, and software configuration as a minimum. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria Create detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and track milestones Collaborate with developers, engineers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies Deliver regular project updates to senior leadership and effectively manage escalations Manage budgets, procurement, and documentation to ensure projects stay on target Promote and adopt best practices in project delivery and governance and be the day-to-day point of contact with the end-customer, to deliver the outputs required.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Asana Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum (preferred

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud services, software development, or systems integration Experience with IoT deployments, LPWAN connectivity, and integrating on-site hardware into custom software platform Background working in a tech startup or fast-scaling environment Background in facilities management, building services management, refrigeration and AC services.
