As a Project Manager for the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority we will support your professional and career development, offering the opportunity to deliver a range of exciting and high profile projects all aiming to make the Liverpool City Region the best place to grow up, grow a family, and grow a business. You will deliver projects to time, budget and standard, working as part of a team but also as an individual on your own initiative.
The role is based in the Delivery & Assurance Unit at the Combined Authority, which is central to the development and delivery of a diverse range of high-profile, large-scale projects and programmes. We have developed a standardised project management framework, utilising industry recognised project management methodologies, tools and templates to ensure our projects are delivered consistently and to a high standard. Additionally, we operate a competency framework, to support learning and development across the team. We act as champions for the profession across the City Region and are passionate about delivering high quality projects for the City Region.

About the person
Working as one of our Project Managers is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in Project Management. Reporting to one of our Programme Managers, you will be empowered to deliver projects on time, to budget and to the right standard. Were looking for someone who can influence stakeholders and build relationships, can demonstrate financial awareness and budget management expertise, and can compile and present concise reports to audiences that may range from the political, the professional and the public. Youll be highly methodical, understand the lifecycle of project delivery, and be a natural collaborator.
