Skills & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in design and build or construction industries
Experience with both residential and commercial projects, preferably within the luxury sector
Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings (AutoCAD or equivalent)
Strong understanding of procurement and order management
Knowledge of construction processes, sequencing, and site coordination
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
Must be office-based in Conwy, with availability for regular travel across the North West and occasional UK-wide travel
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential
Desirable
Degree or diploma in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field
Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Microsoft Project)
Previous experience in a design studio environment
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years' experience in the design and build industry. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of luxury residential and commercial interior projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong communication, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage procurement, construction administration, and site coordination. The role is office-based in Conwy, with regular travel across the North West and UK-wide as required.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of high-end interior design and build projects
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and the design team to ensure seamless project delivery
Interpret and work from CAD drawings and technical specifications
Monitor construction progress and coordinate on-site activities with trades and contractors
Manage procurement processes, including placing and tracking orders, overseeing supplier lead times, and ensuring timely delivery of FF&E and materials
Assist with project scheduling, documentation, and cost control
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is carried out to specification and standard
Track and report project milestones and flag issues early to the senior team
Maintain up-to-date construction documentation, drawings, and correspondence
Manage small-to-medium-sized projects independently, or support senior PMs on larger-scale jobs
