Here at Electricity Asset Services (EAS), we are currently looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join our family run business. This role will be based at our head office in Lochgelly or Larbert working 45 hours per week.
Who we are
EAS specialise in procurement, design, management and execution of all works associated with High and Low voltage underground electricity networks on behalf of major framework contractors and Distribution Network Operators (DNO's).
We have over 40 years combined experience specific to our services offered such as HV/LV cable jointing and terminating, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, 24 hours emergency call out, project management and more. Our purpose is to positively contribute to the electrical industry- providing value to our clients, customer and our people.
Purpose
To successfully lead and manage electrical utility projects--such as planned and reactive projects, substation upgrades, and system modernisation--ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and technical standards. The role acts as the primary coordinator between teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and support the ongoing development of the utility's infrastructure.

Overview of main duties and responsibilities
Lead and deliver electrical infrastructure projects from planning through to completion
Manage coordination between contracts and internal teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Provide regular updates to senior management and contribute to continuous improvement
What you'll bring
In your role as Project Manager, you'll bring proven experience in managing complex electrical utility projects, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. You will possess strong leadership skills to effectively coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and contractors, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities to manage stakeholders and overcome project challenges. You will have a proactive and hands-on approach which will enable you to drive continuious improvement and ensure successful project outcomes.
