Job Overview



Medi2Data is seeking an experienced and driven

Project Manager

to lead the successful delivery of high-priority, cross-functional projects across the business. This role is central to enabling the company's continued growth, innovation, and operational transformation.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives that span departments, with full accountability for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery outcomes. While the primary focus is on project leadership and delivery, you'll also embed risk, compliance, and governance considerations into your approach--ensuring each project aligns with company standards, regulatory expectations, and best practice frameworks such as ISO27001, NHS DSPT, and Cyber Essentials.

This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence in both our London and Cardiff offices

Key Responsibilities



Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic and operational projects across Medi2Data

Develop clear project scopes, success metrics, and timelines; manage budgets and resources where applicable

Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and project documentation to ensure control and transparency

Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, clinical, and commercial teams

Identify and manage risks, interdependencies, and blockers to ensure projects remain on track

Communicate regularly with stakeholders at all levels--including executive sponsors--with clear updates and action-oriented reporting

Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery

Integrate risk, governance, and compliance considerations into project planning and execution

Support the completion of documentation and evidence for external audits and accreditations (e.g. NHS DSPT, ISO, CE)

Contribute to the development of delivery frameworks, project toolkits, and best practices across the business

Lead risk, compliance and risk project management

Person Specification



Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in technology-led or regulated environments

Strong understanding of project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Highly organised with excellent planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills

Skilled communicator with experience influencing both technical and non-technical audiences

Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project

Familiarity with risk and compliance principles in project delivery contexts

Experience within digital health, SaaS, NHS, or regulated service environments is desirable
