Then this role could be for you.
The contract is to deliver electrical and mechanical small projects won off the back of maintenance contracts via a 3rd party contractor. As our Project Manager you will be responsible for the support of the project completion working underneath the operations director.
The duties of the Contract Manager role will include:
- Ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with key stakeholders, supervisors, and sub-contractors
- Monitoring works and performance on site
- Building effective and professional working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing a team of supervisors and support staff
- LED Lighting
- Plant room fit-out
- Gas network infrastructure fit outs
- Office fit outs
- Energy centre
Key deliverables
- Solve issues yourself.
- Ideally some engineering background
- Experience with survey and build quotes for jobs
We are looking for a Project Manager who has experience in delivering public sector contracts in the hard services engineering field. Experience of working on Maintenance contracts. You will hold a CSCS card, a full UK driving license and a safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
Package:
Rate dependant on experience 350-370.
Car package negotiable
Hybrid working - 1 office-based days and 2 site, 2 days work from home. Site visits and client meetings will be worked within this schedule.
