Overview:

Our award-winning Professional Services team is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our team in London.

As a Project Manager at Seismic, you will play a critical role in leading and delivering projects for our customers. You will work closely with other members of our Services team (Solution Consultants and Solution Architects) as well as cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, and sales, to ensure successful project execution and achieve desired business outcomes. Within this role you will work with a variety of clients across different sectors and at all levels of seniority; no two days will be the same.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings a thoughtful, proactive approach to their work.


Who you are::
3+ years' experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a SaaS company A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and build positive relationships with clients and team members The ability to partner well with others, demonstrating emotional intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork to achieve shared goals Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, ensuring processes are followed and milestones are met Agility and adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments and navigate changing priorities with ease Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions A high level of ownership and accountability for your work and its outcomes, consistently delivering high-quality results The ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously, while maintaining focus and attention to detail (Desirable) Fluency in German


What you'll be doing::
Project Leadership: Lead and deliver projects within the Professional Services portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and scope, and to the customer's satisfaction. Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project, managing relationships and ensuring alignment with their business outcomes. Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and closing phases of projects while adhering to best practices in project management and implementation methodologies. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the engagement. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders - providing regular clear and concise updates on project progress.
