ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Project Manager in London.

ABOUT PROJECT





The project focuses on building a robust mobile ecosystem for Europe's largest sports and fitness network. Users will be able to manage memberships, book classes, track progress, and connect with club services - all through a single app powered by modern Android and iOS technologies.

REQUIREMENTS




At least 4 years of proven project management experience Hands-on experience managing fixed-price projects Strong expertise in handling scope changes, resource planning, and budget control Fluent in English and Ukrainian Solid understanding of IT systems and project life cycle management Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, TFS, BugTracker, MS Project) Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Waterfall methodology Hands-on experience with Scrum Familiarity with the PMBOK guide In-depth knowledge of project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, resource utilization) Proven experience in managing and communicating with stakeholders in complex, cross-functional projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) will be considered an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES




Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed budget, schedule, and resource constraints Translate client business needs into actionable tasks and communicate them effectively to the project team Define, negotiate, and manage project scope to align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations Develop and maintain detailed project plans, updating them as requirements evolve Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality results Monitor and manage project budgets, including accurate forecasting and timely invoicing Establish and ensure compliance with quality standards across all deliverables Manage the day-to-day operations of the project to maintain smooth execution Facilitate internal and external communications to ensure seamless information flow and collaboration Proactively seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with other managers to secure and allocate the necessary resources Build, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve strong individual and collective performance Support the professional growth of team members through guidance and coaching #
