More about your role



As a client-side Project Manager reporting to the Head of Projects, you'll lead a variety of construction projects in and around Wandsworth - from refurbishments and fit-outs to innovation and technology upgrades. You'll manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.



You'll:


Deliver multiple leisure centre projects simultaneously, including lifecycle maintenance and innovation initiatives. Own every stage of the project lifecycle -feasibility, design, tender, delivery, handover. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and UK Building Regulations. Apply strong planning, cost control, and surveying principles. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams. Use CAFM and Salesforce systems to track and report progress. Support continuous improvement of project processes and documentation. Collaborate with Business Development on redevelopment proposals and bids.




More about you



You're an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in construction however we are also open to hearing from Building Surveyors also who can bring a proactive, client-focused approach. You're confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and you bring a strong understanding of compliance and delivery standards.



To have eligibility to be invited for an interview you must display the below essential criteria within your application:


Demonstrable experience managing construction projects in a Project Manager role. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CDM, and planning consents. RICS,APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
