About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving project success. You'll own project plans, coordinate teams, and ensure that deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Supported by senior project managers, you will gain hands-on experience managing every stage of the project lifecycle and develop the confidence to lead bigger initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Taking full ownership of the project, defining deliverables, and tracking milestones to keep progress on track.
Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business sponsors to align goals and drive results.
Managing day-to-day activities, proactively identifying risks, and resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
Supporting agile ceremonies and leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence to promote transparency and collaboration.
Embracing a mindset of continuous improvement by learning from each project and enhancing team practices.
Requirements:

  • Experience managing or supporting projects (academic, internship, or professional), with a focus on delivering results.
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies and an understanding of software development lifecycles.
Strong prioritization skills and the ability to maintain momentum across multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence positive outcomes.
Confidence in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar).
A curious, growth-oriented mindset eager to continuously learn and improve.
