The

Project Manager

plays a pivotal role in aligning strategic objectives with execution, overseeing a portfolio of projects while ensuring unified delivery across cross-functional teams. The role requires expert level project management leadership, strategic thinking, tactical execution oversight, and excellent communication skills.


The ideal candidate brings deep program and project leadership experience, knowledge of marketing and content operations, and the ability to drive outcomes for enterprise clients through structured, service-oriented delivery.


This role is billable and will serve in both client-facing and internal engagements.

How you will make an impact:



Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal delivery teams, client stakeholders, and vendor partners. Manage internal & external project resources, and hold resources accountable while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Recognizes, clarifies, and prioritizes project plan activities. Track agreed upon project metrics, milestones, and resources to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes as defined by the Scope of Work Proactively identify risks and dependencies; facilitate resolution and escalate issues where necessary. Key point of contact for project team members Partner with the Client Partner and Project Lead to set and manage stakeholder expectations in a timely, consistent, and professional manner providing regular communication & status updates Oversee maintenance of project artifacts (e.g.) project timelines, requirements documents, project plans, RACI charts, and retrospectives. Ensure project adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of services while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with account leadership to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize delivery performance.

Client Facing Engagement



Lead or support high-profile client delivery programs, especially for strategic engagements. Establish and maintain strong client relationships Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering operational clarity, trusted leadership, and transparent communication. Demonstrate expertise in communicating with senior client stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders from various client teams and agencies to understand their requirements and expectations. Listen, learn, and adapt to changes in the business' needs.

What

You'll

Have:



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field with 5 years of experience in technology, process or transformation consulting within marketing ops, commerce ops, creative ops, media ops or related domains. Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing agency or consulting role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Familiarity with areas such as marketing operations, content operations, digital shelf/e-commerce, and digital transformation across content ecosystems. Significant experience working with global clients, multi-country programs and distributed stakeholder groups. Strong technical and operational knowledge across relevant industry segments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an influential, clear, and collaborative style. Creative problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity to drive innovation. Track record of excellent engagement, relationship development and management with senior client stakeholders and sponsors. Ability to simplify complex situations and lead discussions with clients, colleagues, and leaders. Strong proficiency in project and program management principles. Energetic can-do attitude; autonomous and motivated, with good problem-solving skills.
