Key requirements and qualifications
Demonstratable experience in a management role working across multiple projects concurrently.
Good communication skills to liaise with the client team, sub-contractors and other on-site contractors.
SMSTS certification
Hold a valid CSCS card
Clean drivers' license
NVQ level 6 or similar is essential. A bachelor's degree or above will be preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Decisive and driven with a proactive, delivery-focused approach.
Emotionally resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with clarity and control.
Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
Strong commercial acumen and contractual awareness.
Technically competent with project management systems and software.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects effectively.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a clear understanding of construction and renewable energy project lifecycles.
