As a Project Manager for heat network design and build at our company, you'll be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge, low-carbon heating solutions. This role requires exceptional organisational skills and commercial awareness to ensure our projects are successful.

Your responsibilities will be heavily focused on meticulous planning, stakeholder management, managing budgets, and overseeing project timelines. A key part of your role will be to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring that all contracts are managed efficiently and successfully.

Your ability to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with our low-carbon heating solutions will be crucial. As a UK-wide company, candidates must be willing to travel nationally depending on project requirements - all travel and mileage expenses are fully covered.

Job requirements

Key requirements and qualifications

Demonstratable experience in a management role working across multiple projects concurrently. Good communication skills to liaise with the client team, sub-contractors and other on-site contractors. SMSTS certification Hold a valid CSCS card Clean drivers' license NVQ level 6 or similar is essential. A bachelor's degree or above will be preferred.
Experience and Skills:

Decisive and driven with a proactive, delivery-focused approach. Emotionally resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with clarity and control. Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. Strong commercial acumen and contractual awareness. Technically competent with project management systems and software. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects effectively. Collaborative and team-oriented, with a clear understanding of construction and renewable energy project lifecycles.

Full time position, salary circa 65,000 dependant on experience. Fast growing industry position with exciting and highly rewarding career path.
