Project Manager (Market Research)
Duration: 6 month temporary
Location: West midlands (Hybrid working - 8 days a month onsite)
Pay Rate: 322.50 per hour Umbrella
Hours: 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Communicate with external stakeholders on research matters and advice
• Ensure the visibility of the organisations research programme, and the understanding of its findings to external stakeholders and consumers through the internet research area, media material, conferences and through meetings
• Agree publication of research findings with the relevant Policy Manager
• Working with the PR team to answer media enquiries in relation to research
• Assisting in the development of business cases to support projects
• Specifying and scoping research and working with and reflecting the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Liaison with the Procurement Manager when awarding contracts
• Manage the use of omnibus surveys to ensure that the organisation can react to emerging issues and gain customer insight in a timely manner
• Guide the Executive Team and Board on new research requirements, potential issues and challenge the organisation to retain its evidence-based approach
• Ensure all projects are carried out in accordance with the organisations policy on its sustainable duties and the MRS Code of Conduct

Ideal Requirements:

• Project management experience
• Recent experience of working in customer research and differing research techniques
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret statistical research findings
