The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to join Bumbl in a brand new role designed to help us scale. This person will be the glue between our clients and our internal team, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, deadlines are met, and our work continues to hit the mark. You'll manage timelines, keep stakeholders aligned, and free up leadership by owning day-to-day delivery across key accounts.
This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and problem-solving, and wants to be part of a growing agency doing award-winning work.

Bumbl is a marketing agency based at Toffee Factory in Ouseburn, overlooking the Tyne. Winning Best Small Agency at the 2023 Global Social Media Awards, we help ambitious brands punch above their weight through strategic thinking, creative storytelling and an obsessive focus on consumer trends. Today, social media is at the heart of many of our clients' strategies.
Salary
Salary will depend on experience but will be in the region of 30,000 per annum pro rata. There is flexibility of working hours for the right candidate, of between 24-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Acting as the main point of contact for clients on project delivery: running meetings, providing progress updates, and keeping things moving
Managing timelines and tasks across multiple clients to ensure we deliver effective work, on time
Supporting client onboarding, including collecting brand assets, securing access to ad/social accounts, and setting up analytics dashboards
Keeping the internal team aligned on priorities, deadlines, and client-specific requirements
Proactively surfacing what's working (and what's not), so we can continuously improve performance and strategy
Flagging risks or bottlenecks early and working with the team to solve them
Maintaining clarity and accountability across all projects
Helping build better internal systems and processes as we scale
Requirements
o A natural organiser with exceptional attention to detail
Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple moving parts
A confident communicator: you're comfortable leading client meetings and chasing things up without being asked
Someone who gets joy from ticking off a to-do list and making things run smoothly
You're solutions-focused: not just flagging problems, but helping fix them
Comfortable with tools like Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Drive, Meta Business Manager, and GA4 (or keen to learn fast)
Agency experience preferred but not essential
Bonus if you have experience with onboarding clients or managing creative/media teams
