ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a client-facing role that will suit someone with strong project delivery skills and the confidence-or ambition-to lead pitches and presentations. We'll support and develop the right candidate to succeed in this, but a proactive mindset is essential. You'll be involved in a variety of sectors, managing significant fit-out and new build projects across the region
REQUIREMENTS

• MRICS qualified - essential
• Confident and entrepreneurial with a willingness to pitch and present
• Broad sector experience, with CAT A fit-out and new build highly desirable
• In-depth knowledge of the Birmingham market, including key contractors and consultants
• Solid understanding of JCT contracts and practical experience applying them
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model - minimum 3 days a week in the office
