Senior Project Manager - Data Centre Projects

About the Opportunity
We are working in partnership with a leading real estate and infrastructure consultancy to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver complex data centre developments in the Greater London area.
This is a high-impact role suited to a confident and technically adept professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can seamlessly manage multiple workstreams-from design coordination through to construction and handover. With data centres remaining at the forefront of critical infrastructure investment, this opportunity offers long-term project continuity and the chance to work with some of the most prestigious clients in the digital real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management of data centre developments (hyperscale or colocation experience preferred)
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with design consultants, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Lead progress reporting, programme management, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate health & safety, commissioning, and final client handover

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering complex projects and a desire to work in the data centre sector.
• Solid track record in construction project management
• Familiarity with complex M&E integration and fast-track delivery models
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Ideally chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or working toward chartership
• Strong leadership, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
