What are we looking for in this position?




Collaborating with business leaders, key stakeholders, and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders for efficient project implementation and delivery. Liaison with Pre-construction, design and technical teams to facilitate the efficient and timeous delivery of the project within agreed metrics Identifying and assessing project risks in all areas, maintain risk registers together with elimination and mitigation strategies Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution Monitoring and reporting project performance to ensure timely delivery. Compiling and submitting regular and ad hoc project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders Follow change control processes and facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. Lead post-project evaluation and identifying lessons learnt and continuous improvement strategies

What will we need you to have?



Site-Based in the Northampton Area. Strong leadership, positive and pro-active approach Smart interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in the Modular Construction or Healthcare Construction Market Must have a CSCS card and relevant Construction Site Certifications Must have experience in managing a construction site project, with proven experience to deliver to budget and time constraints
