Purpose of Role


Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure and building projects within the UK Defence Sector?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage a diverse portfolio of property and infrastructure projects

Responsibilities


Deliver and oversee multiple projects (typically 50k to 1m+) Manage construction, M&E, and infrastructure works across multiple defence sites Coordinate project delivery across lifecycle - planning, governance, financial control, and risk management Work closely with Commercial, PMO and Senior Project Managers, reporting to the Project Sector Lead Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and KPI achievement Manage subcontractor packages and procurement Preparation of tenders

Essential Qualifications/Skills


Proven project management experience in property, infrastructure, or M&E sectors Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and contractors Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations SC cleared or willing to obtain BPSS is the basic requirement
