Hours:

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Thursday (08:30 - 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 13:00)

Salary:

45,000 - 55,000. Dependant on experience.

Due to continued growth, we are increasing our Customer Delivery team, and we are looking for a Rapid Delivery Project Manager to drive the success of high-value, short lead time projects that shape the future of mobility.

About the role



As part of a dynamic team, you will help you will be responsible for delivering rapid delivery customer projects within 4 - 12 weeks, to drive our monthly revenue. This is a great opportunity offering potential development and progression into more complex, longer term new product introduction projects.

What you'll be doing:

Managing end-to-end delivery of short-lead-time customer projects. Coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Planning. Leading project governance routines and delivery meetings. Acting as the primary customer contact, ensuring fast and transparent communication. Tracking risks, issues, and scope changes to maintain delivery performance. Supporting financial performance and accurate revenue recognition. Identifying opportunities for customer growth and continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for



You'll bring energy, ownership, and a drive to deliver in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have:

Experience managing prototype or rapid development projects. Background in automotive, performance automotive/motorsport, energy, or similar sectors. Strong project management discipline and commercial awareness. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central desirable). Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI.
Experience in Agile methodology, APM or equivalent certification preferred

Ability to travel to site.
