Project Manager
We are looking for a new Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver web development projects within the Digital & Business Systems department.
This is a full time permanent role and the chance to be involved in some exciting fast paced current and planned future projects. Working onsite in Raunds, Northamptonshire 4 days per week you will collaborate with your team and the wider IT team(s) including internal teams and external suppliers.
What you will be doing

  • Deliver end to end Web Development Projects with a typical project lifecycle ranging from 3 to 12 months, with multiple releases/deployments expected.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality, while working within a hybrid waterfall-agile framework
  • Manage project budgets typically ranging from 50k to 500k
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project Online, ensuring that project plans are in sync with Azure DevOps sprint planning
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and changes proactively
  • Act as a bridge between governance and delivery, ensuring compliance with standards while working closely with senior developers and Scrum Masters to drive cohesion, consistency, and quality across the delivery process.
What we need from you
  • Solid experience in a Project Management role or similar (e.g. Delivery Manager)
  • Be able to demonstrate your experience delivering digital development projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of hybrid waterfall-agile frameworks; DSDM experience is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (enterprise/Online version preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (or similar tools such as JIRA).
  • Experience managing budgets of 50k-500k.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing shared human resources.
  • Have communicated project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Build trust and maintained effective working relationships across technical and business teams.
  • AgilePM certification (or equivalent) preferred
