Et Lorem is a luxury kitchen design company renowned for creating beautifully designed and installed, high-specification kitchens for private and trade clients. We are now looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our growing team. About the Role

As a Project Manager at Et Lorem, you'll work closely with our Head of Operations, technical designer and in-house customer service team, to ensure each kitchen project is delivered on time, on budget and to the exceptional standard our clients expect. You will be the key point of contact throughout the installation phase - managing trades, timelines, and on-site quality, while keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process.

This is a role for someone who is incredibly organised, a natural communicator and eager to develop, in a business where attention to detail and client satisfaction come first.

Responsibilities

Attend handover meetings with designers to fully understand each kitchen project

Attend internal and client-facing meetings to report on progress

Carry out site checks and detailed site measures

Coordinate and review site drawings from technical designer

Carry out pre-delivery site surveys

Organise fitters/subcontractors

Oversee timelines, finances, materials, and subcontractors

Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure site Health & Safety compliance

Oversee worksurface templating and fitting

Log project progress through our CRM software

Resolve unexpected issues swiftly and professionally

Perform project sign off meetings

Requirements

Minimum 1 years' experience managing high-end residential projects - preferably kitchens

Understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods

Confident communicator - in writing, in person and through digital tools

Highly organised and efficient at planning time, across multiple projects

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM systems.

Use of iMapper tool- desirable

Valid UK Driving Licence

Pay: Up to 30,000.00 per year
