Are you a detail-oriented project manager ready to make a real impact in the energy efficiency sector? We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of our growing portfolio of retrofit projects (primarily insulation) across London.
About the Role
As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind multiple concurrent retrofit projects, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our Director to shape operational processes and drive the company forward.
Essential Requirements
Proven project management experience
in construction, retrofit, renewables or energy efficiency sectors
Strong understanding of PAS2030/2035 standards
and compliance requirements
Track record of delivering multiple projects
on time, within scope and budget
Operational mindset
- you'll help design and implement scalable processes for our growing operations
Excellence in documentation
- managing technical, compliance and funding paperwork with precision
Outstanding stakeholder management
- confidently representing us with managing agents, local authorities, funders and clients
Tech-savvy
- comfortable with project management software and digital systems
Full UK driving licence
- you'll be visiting project sites across London regularly
What Would Set You Apart
PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management qualification
Experience with public sector tendering (Fusion21, Crown Commercial Services, etc.)
Knowledge of Frameworks and Dynamic Purchasing Systems
Previous team management experience
Business development skills to support new contract acquisition
