Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of building fabric maintenance and refurbishment projects. Our projects vary in scale and complexity, ranging from small emergency repairs to larger refurbishment and maintenance projects up to 250,000. You will be required to attend site, identify faults, and provide accurate quotations for remedial works.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple building fabric maintenance and refurbishment projects from initiation to completiono Attend sites to assess works, diagnose issues, and produce detailed quotes to rectify faultso Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless deliveryo Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues as they ariseo Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality, safety, and complianceo Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed at all timeso Produce and submit project documentation, including risk assessments and method statementso Provide regular updates to senior management and clients, including prestart and sign off meetings

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience managing construction or building maintenance projects, ideally in a commercial environmento Experience in surveying, estimating, and quoting for building fabric repairso Strong knowledge of building fabric systems and maintenance practiceso Excellent organisational and leadership skillso Strong communication and interpersonal skillso Full UK driving licence (essential)o Experience working with public sector clients or within frameworks (desirable)
