We're looking for a confident and capable Project Manager to join our team in Romford, overseeing property reinstatement and repair works across the South East region. The Role:
Lead and manage reinstatement projects across the South East, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain a trusted network of contractors to deliver timely and efficient repair works.
Attend site visits, assess damage, liaise with policyholders, and prepare accurate project quotations.
Oversee works from instruction to completion, resolving any issues on site.
Work from our Romford office and travel to site locations as needed.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and company standards.
About You:
Strong background in the construction industry, ideally with experience in insurance repairs, property reinstatement, or general building.
Practical knowledge of building trades and on-site processes.
Network of contractors to call on.
Computer literate - comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to produce clear and accurate quotations.
Highly organised with excellent communication skills - able to speak confidently with customers, contractors, and insurers in an articulate and professional manner.
Personable, professional, and committed to delivering a high standard of service.
Full UK driving licence required.
