Project Manager - Civil/Marine
Location: Scotland (near Aberdeen)
We're working with an engineering firm that specialises in bespoke water-access infrastructure designing, manufacturing, and installing pontoons, breakwaters, and floating concrete structures for both leisure marinas and commercial harbours. Their in-house team of specialist engineers delivers solutions that enable safe, durable, and high-performance berthing for all kinds of vessels, from yachts to crew transfer boats. i
They operate internationally, with offices in Ireland, Scotland, and England. Their clients span the public and private sectors, local governments, harbour authorities, marina operators, water sports organisations, and more.
What You'll Be Doing

• Leading full lifecycle projects - from contract and design through to manufacture, delivery, installation, and handover.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear and relationships are strong.
• Managing contracts to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinating and leading internal and external teams (engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
• Supporting occasional travel to overseas locations (around 2-3 days/month).

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in project management within civil, marine, or construction engineering.
• Proven experience delivering technical/complex projects.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, confident working with clients and leading teams.
• Self-driven, highly organised, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
