Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Super Prime Residential

Castellum - London

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team delivering some of London's most exclusive super-prime residential projects (Mayfair, Belgravia, Kensington & Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Regent's Park).

Castellum is a privately-owned principal contractor specialising in the construction, refurbishment and fit-out of the capital's finest private residences and luxury apartments. Our projects are characterised by exceptional craftsmanship, complex structural alterations and the highest possible specification.

The Role

Full responsibility for the successful delivery of super-prime residential projects from pre-construction through to handover and defects Management of the full project lifecycle including programming, procurement, cost control, quality, health & safety and client/stakeholder liaison Leading and mentoring site-based teams and direct labour Close collaboration with in-house designers, quantity surveyors and the senior leadership team Reporting directly to a Director

Key Requirements

Proven track record delivering super-prime or high-end prime residential projects in Central London (essential) Relevant experience with a recognised main contractor or specialist high-end residential builder Strong technical knowledge of complex basements, structural alterations, historic/listed buildings and super-prime finishes Excellent client-facing and communication skills - you will be dealing directly with UHNW individuals, family offices and their professional teams Formal qualifications (degree/HND/HNC in construction-related discipline Stability and longevity on previous projects/CVs highly regarded
