As we expand our national client base, we're looking for a driven and experienced

Project Manager

to join our dynamic team. This is an

exciting opportunity

to play a key role in the delivery of new and existing projects for clients nationwide--ensuring exceptional standards from concept through to installation.

About the Role



As Project Manager, you'll be the glue that holds everything together--from the initial client brief through to final handover. You will manage a

diverse portfolio of accounts

, balancing multiple projects at once while ensuring every job is delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities



Manage multiple signage projects across the UK, working with both new and repeat clients. Lead project timelines, deliverables, and site logistics. Act as the primary liaison between clients, sales, design, manufacturing, and installation teams. Prepare and manage job costing, risk assessments, and schedules. Conduct site surveys, attend client meetings, and coordinate with sub-contractors where necessary. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and installation regulations. Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders and clients.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking a highly organised and motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Essential Skills & Experience



Experience in project management, ideally within signage, construction, shopfitting, or a related industry. A strong understanding of signage products, fabrication, and installation processes. Excellent interpersonal skills--capable of handling client expectations with professionalism and confidence. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple active projects. A proactive mindset and calm approach to challenges and changing client requirements. IT-literate (Microsoft Office, project management tools, CRM systems). Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
