Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Project / Account Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing signage projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery and installation. You will work closely with our internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple signage projects simultaneously from enquiry to completion Act as the main client contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) and external suppliers Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and quotations Monitor project progress and resolve any issues proactively Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Assist in business development activities by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Support senior management with reporting and continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in project or account management, preferably within signage, print, construction, or a related industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proactive problem solver with attention to detail Confidence in negotiating and managing budgets Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Knowledge of signage production and installation processes is a strong advantage

Pay: 27,000.00-33,000.00 per year
