Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager (Site Based) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with a proven track record delivering high-end residential and super-prime projects, who thrives in a fast-paced site environment. The ideal candidate will have worked for a main contractor operating in the high-end residential sector and possess a deep understanding of the intricacies and expectations involved in delivering luxury homes to exacting standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across high-end residential construction and refurbishment projects. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure all works are delivered to an exceptional standard. Manage project timelines, programmes, resources, budgets, and quality control on site. Work along side the planner and quantity surveyor as part of the delivery team. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment in line with company standards. Coordinate and chair site meetings and provide accurate progress reports to senior management and clients. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures at all times. Identify site risks and proactively manage issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction. Monitor workmanship, manage snagging and ensure timely project handover.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years' site management experience within the high-end residential or super-prime sector. Demonstrable experience working for a main contractor delivering luxury refurbishment or new build projects. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and buildability in the high-end market. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering work of the highest standard. Sound understanding of health & safety and site compliance. Proficiency with project management tools and software. SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications.
