Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires excellent time management skills, as well as proficiency in tools such as Jira and Workday, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with organisational goals.

Responsibilities



Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Utilise Jira for tracking project progress, managing tasks, and reporting on key performance indicators. Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are clearly defined and documented. Implement cost control measures to manage project budgets effectively. Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions as necessary. Manage content management systems to facilitate the organisation and delivery of project-related materials. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and risk assessments. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and motivation.

Experience



Proven experience in project management roles, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on time management and prioritisation. Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise resource planning software is advantageous. Ability to lead teams effectively, fostering collaboration and driving results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-55,000.00 per year
