The Role - Project Manager

As

Project Manager

, you will take full ownership of prestigious

high-end residential

and

luxury commercial projects

from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the exacting standards expected in the super-prime sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle of

super-prime residential

and

high-end commercial

schemes Produce and manage detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project Oversee procurement, subcontractor packages, and supply chain management Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams (architects, interior designers, structural engineers), and consultants Drive health, safety & environmental standards (SMSTS, NEBOSH preferred) Manage project finances, variations, and final accounts Mentor and lead site-based teams including Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and foremen Ensure flawless delivery of bespoke joinery, marble/stone finishes, specialist M&E installations, and high-end fit-out

Skills & Experience Required

Project Manager experience

with a main contractor or high-end residential specialist Proven portfolio delivering

super-prime / luxury residential

or

prime commercial projects

in Central London, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, Surrey, Berkshire, or the Cotswolds, or surrounding areas Expert knowledge of

bespoke construction

, high-specification finishes, and complex structural alterations Strong commercial acumen with experience managing JCT D&B or traditional contracts Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or Primavera Relevant qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid, degree/HND in Construction Management (desirable) Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
