Project Manager - Swimming Pool Construction
50,000 - 60,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Benefits
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Northampton / Coventry/ Milton Keynes / Oxford
Do you have experience of running construction projects? Are you looking for a varied role, managing bespoke, high spec, prestigious projects from concept to completion?

Through growth and the securing of new contracts, they are looking for a project manager to lead some of the prestigious projects across the UK.
With each project being bespoke to the customers' requirements and delivered to the highest details and quality, this role offers excellent variety, challenge and job satisfaction. You will manage a range of projects, from customer enquiry through to completion.
The Role:

Project Manager - Swimming Pool Projects

Contracts and Staff Management throughout the project

Running a portfolio of projects from design to completion

Liaise across multiple departments to ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standard

The Candidate:
*PM experience within construction experience
*Full Driving License
*Happy with travel around the Midlands and Southeast
