Project Manager

to take ownership of key projects within our design and manufacturing business. This is a pivotal role, collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality, customer-focused, and cost-effective solutions. What You'll Be Doing

Lead and deliver assigned projects from concept through to production and delivery. Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Manage cross-functional teams through all stages of the product lifecycle. Facilitate regular customer meetings, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely decision-making. Create and maintain detailed project schedules and plans across departments. Assess, approve, and implement customer change requests. Track and report project status, risks, and KPIs to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001). Manage internal and external resources and supplier coordination. Drive continuous improvement in project management tools and processes. Conduct project close-outs, lessons learned, and share insights across teams.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience. PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner) or equivalent project management certification.

Experience:

Significant experience leading multiple projects within a

Design and Manufacturing

environment. Strong background in

Automotive sector

project delivery. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders. Proven success in managing project budgets and quoting. Experience in matrix organisations with both direct and indirect leadership responsibilities.
