Our systems are in place, our team is set, and we're now looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to become the main point of contact for our clients -- ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and ongoing satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client onboarding from contract signing through to full setup
- Maintain client relationships via email and Zoom, acting as the key point of contact
- Coordinate tasks internally using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are updated
- Handle customer service queries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Keep processes and documentation up to date for each client
- Report weekly on client health, onboarding progress, and potential red flags
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or account management (preferably in a marketing or service-based business)
- Strong working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Driven, reliable, and organised with a problem-solving mindset
- Outstanding customer service skills - you genuinely enjoy helping people
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your role
