What will you be doing?
Managing projects or tasks will involve supervising design staff and sub-contractors to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You'll take responsibility for planning, programming, procurement, commercial monitoring, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Reviewing key documentation like RAMS, Preconstruction Information, and other health and safety materials will be a critical part of your role.
Accurate record-keeping, including meeting minutes, resource allocation, and progress monitoring, will help track project success.
Working alongside other management team members, you'll establish and implement plans to effectively deploy staff and resources.
You'll chair forecast and resource meetings with project teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.
Supporting the training department and senior managers will ensure that resources have the skills and training needed to excel.
As a Line Manager, you'll ensure your team has the tools and resources required to achieve organisational and personal goals.
Providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members will help deliver excellent results.
You'll actively contribute to improving project quality and delivery, always looking for ways to boost efficiency and service.
Clear and effective communication will be key as you liaise with staff, subcontractors, stakeholders, and the workforce.
You'll implement the Company Management System (CMS) to maintain high standards across business operations.
Staying up to date with legislation and industry trends will allow you to remain ahead in your field.
Collaborating with the commercial team, you'll help administer NEC project controls, CE, EWN, and RFI processes.
